Caption: After a fourteen hour shift clearing snow from the York Galleria Mall parking lot, William Stough of R.L. Livingston Excavation & Paving, of Dillsburg, breaks lumps of rock salt on the truck he was driving Tuesday, March 1, 2005. Company owner Rick Livingston drives up behind him. Livingston's company is contracted by the mall for snow removal and used about 14 workers to do the job after Monday's snow storm dropped 6-9 inches of snow on the county.
