Middle school students shareACTS OF KINDNESS
York City School District students in Angila Kirkessner's sixth-grade class at Hannah Penn Middle School wrote stories about random acts of kindness they have performed or would like to perform.
On Christmas Day my mom and I go to Wal-Mart and buy things for people who cannot afford to shop. We stand outside of Wal-Mart and give the gifts to anyone in need.
I am a very generous person so when someone has a birthday or special occasion I like to buy things for them or just help out where I am needed.
I help the custodians and teachers clean up to make our school a better place.
When I was in fifth grade my best friend and I were talking about how she did not have any nice clothing to wear for picture day. Since the next day was picture day my mom and I went to the store and bought her a new outfit.
I show respect to all my teachers.
I help students pick up things they drop while trying to get to class.
I like to get a couple of friends and go clean up the parks. |
